This role involves working in our open office environment with a small team. The ideal candidate has strong Microsoft Excel skills, experience in an office environment, and enjoys handling customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
What You’ll Do

Manage and monitor the company’s order inbox (emails and calls)

Communicate with customers to confirm order details and resolve any discrepancies
*
Enter orders into production and accounting systems using existing templates
*
Generate and process quotes, work orders, & invoices
*
Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth order flow
What We’re Looking For
*
2+ years of office administration or order processing experience
*
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (required)
*
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
*
Experience with data entry, quoting & invoicing
*
Previous experience in a manufacturing or shop floor environment is an asset
