Bookkeeper (Part-Time / Full-Time)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team, full time. Proficiency in various accounting software and a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles are essential to support our company's financial health and compliance. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including data entry and record keeping
- Utilize accounting QuickBooks process transactions accurately
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Perform account reconciliations for bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
- Assist with budgeting processes and financial reporting as needed
- Maintain organized financial records in compliance with company policies and regulations
- Support payroll processing and related documentation when required
- Prepare reports for management review to facilitate informed decision-making
Requirements
- Proven experience with bookkeeping, accounting, or finance roles preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is required
- Strong understanding of accounting principles including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliation, and account analysis
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic knowledge of payroll processing is a plus
- Prior experience with budgeting and financial reporting is desirable
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to evolving processes
