Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Crane and Rigging Training Instructor to lead comprehensive training programs for our Operator Training School.
In this role, you will deliver engaging classroom instruction, practical demonstrations, and hands-on training to ensure safe and effective crane operation and rigging practices.

Duties
- Develop and deliver comprehensive classroom-based training sessions on crane operation, rigging techniques, safety protocols, and industry regulations
- Conduct practical demonstrations and supervised hands-on training to reinforce learning objectives
- Assess trainee performance through evaluations, quizzes, and practical exercises to ensure competency
- Follow Training and Instructional Systems
- Ensure all training activities adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements
Skills
- Proven Experience with Cranes and Knowledge about a variety of Cranes, Or willingness to learn.
- Strong teaching skills with a clear ability to communicate complex technical concepts simply and confidently
- In-depth knowledge of crane operations, rigging procedures, safety standards, and relevant industry regulations
- Ability to demonstrate practical skills safely in a hands-on environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to motivate trainees and foster a positive learning environment
