We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer to partner with our dynamic team on a remote, contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming brand concepts and complex information into polished, engaging infographic and brand-style videos. As an independent remote contractor, you must possess your own workstation and equipment to seamlessly deliver final products that elevate the brand vision and meet high-quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Design and animate compelling 2D motion graphics, focusing heavily on brand-centric and infographic storytelling.
- Transform complex concepts and data into easily digestible, visually stunning infographic animations.
- Collaborate remotely with art directors, clients, and team members to understand project goals and visual requirements.
- Manage multiple animation projects simultaneously while meeting strict production deadlines.
- Incorporate creative feedback to refine animations and elevate the final outputs.
- Maintain highly organized project files and adhere to best practices for video production workflows.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design aesthetics, and emerging techniques in motion design.
Skills & Requirements
- Portfolio Requirement: You must submit a portfolio specifically showcasing high-quality brand-style and infographic-style motion graphics. (Please note: Portfolios focused exclusively on gaming, character animation, or narrative TV animation will not be considered for this role).
- Work Environment: Fully remote; must be self-motivated and comfortable managing time and deliverables independently.
- Equipment Requirement: Must have your own high-performance computer and valid software licenses capable of handling motion graphics and rendering workflows.
- Expert-level knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and compositing.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for creating and prepping vector graphic elements for animation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for video assembly and pacing.
- Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and pacing.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for effective remote, cross-functional collaboration.
