We are currently seeking a Practitioner Relations Representative to join our expanding team in the greater Calgary area. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you’ll implement strategies to educate physicians and other healthcare professionals on our service offerings to grow our referral network and help patients receive diagnostic care more quickly. This includes visiting health care clinics, hosting events, attending tradeshows, and participating in conferences to drive physician referrals to Canada Diagnostic Centres. Bringing compassion and clarity to practitioner relationships, you’ll help patients access remarkable care.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Practitioner Relations Development: Contribute to and implement strategies that maintain relationships and create new partnerships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and advocates to strengthen the diagnostic referral network and achieve territory targets.
- Industry Engagement: Host and participate in seminars, community events, tradeshows, and conferences, providing education on CDC services and build brand awareness.
- Market Intelligence Reporting: Stay current on emerging products, technologies, clinical studies, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for improvement, potential risks, and activities that may impact market share within the territory.
- Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Core Operations, Clinic, Radiologist, and Leadership teams to help deliver a thoughtful, accessible, and seamless experience to our patients and referring physicians.
What We’re Looking For
- Partnership Development Experience: Demonstrated success managing and growing clientele within a territory, building and maintaining relationships, achieving targets, and contributing to team goals.
- Industry Expertise: A background in a healthcare environment with established practitioner relationships. Familiarity with medical terminology, particularly anatomy-related terminology, is considered an asset.
- A Compassionate Approach: Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills that create trust, encouraging positivity and collaboration across patients, practitioners, and operational teams.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Local Mobility: A valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle for significant travel within the Calgary area.
- Education: Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline considered an asset.
- A Continuous Learning Mindset: A history of engaging in professional growth and development.
