Summary
Assist Maintenance Manager to supply parts and materials to ensure the success of all maintenance projects.

Responsibilities
' Maintain and manage inventory of parts and supplies.
- Source parts & materials, including finding most economical/quality option
- Create POs for orders
- Receive and organize stock for ease of finding
- Maintain appropriate shop supply levels
- Maintain, “be the keeper” of the white sea can and materials/equipment in it, including tracking when/who items go out and come back in. Provide weekly report on available materials and small equipment with tracking sheet.
- Input machine hours from TSheets, follow up with employees not adding them. Update daily and provide weekly report on machine hours and usage.
- Scan and file work orders
- Create work orders as necessary
- Get parts/supplies together per work order for mechanics
- Order/track rental equipment for job sites. Provide weekly report on rented equipment, and their locations
- Keep track of radio list/inventory
- Clean/organize shelves, storage areas, and yard
- Update tire spreadsheet
- Assist mechanics when necessary
- Maintain inventory of bin decals and supplies
- Supply materials/supplies to PCWM and Gravel Mart, and multiple job sites
- Load/unload delivery trucks
- Direct laborer(s) to assist in picking up parts, cleaning/organizing
- Research/install company decals on equipment
- Small repairs/modifications to building/grounds
- Locate info from past files-computer and paper copies
- Light mechanical work as necessary
- Other tasks as required
Minimum Qualifications:
- Able to lift 50lbs or more
- Minimum Class 5 Driver's License
- Experience with Quickbooks and asset
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Word
- Familiar with Heavy Duty and/or Commercial Transport parts and service is an asset
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Mechanically inclined
- Well organized
- Able to lift over 50lbs
- Warehousing techniques
- Able to navigate parts books/diagrams
- Good communication skills, written and oral
Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour
