Jolly Bubble Indoor Playground is looking for a passionate and experienced Supervisor to join our team! As a Supervisor, you’ll help lead our team, maintain a safe and welcoming space, and ensure every guest has a joyful experience.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Operations
- Support the Store Manager with daily facility operations
- Supervise and guide staff including play attendants and party hosts
- Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and team communication
- Train new employees on Jolly Bubble procedures, customer service expectations, and safety policies
- Provide ongoing coaching to ensure consistent performance and a positive team culture
Guest Experience
- Ensure every family receives friendly, helpful, and professional service
- Assist guests with questions about activities, pricing, bookings, and promotions
- Handle customer concerns with patience, clarity, and confidence
Safety & Facility Standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑supervised environment across all play areas and party rooms
- Enforce playground rules and waiver policies in a warm but firm manner
- Support compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Parties, Events & Sales Support
- Assist with birthday party bookings and group event coordination
- Oversee party room setup, event flow, and post‑event cleaning
- Support POS operations, transactions, and daily cash‑handling procedures
Inventory & Maintenance
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Supervise and guide staff including play attendants and party hosts
- Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and team communication
- Report equipment issues or maintenance concerns promptly
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
Qualifications & Skills
Experience
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, recreation, or family entertainment is an asset
Skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as required
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with both children and adults
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a lively environment
- Comfortable using POS systems, booking platforms, and basic computer software
- Criminal Background Check and Vulnerable Sector Check will be required
Additional Assets
- CPR or First Aid Certification
- Food Handler Certification
- Bilingual or multilingual
