Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Concession Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring that our customers have a positive experience while enjoying their favorite snacks and meals. This position is set to begin in August of 2026.
Duties
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and food safety standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including fryers, grills, and ovens.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession stand, including regular cleaning of work areas and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and handling transactions using a POS system.
- Assist customers with inquiries about menu items, making recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper food handling procedures.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
