Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our business through effective in-store sales and service.
This position requires a proactive approach to building customer relationships, identifying new project opportunities, and order fulfillment across multiple categories including B2B sales.
Responsibilities
- Help customers find the right products for their paint, flooring, and renovation projects
- Ask questions to understand project goals and provide practical recommendations
- Prepare quotes, estimates, and product take-offs
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotes, and project opportunities
- Build lasting relationships with homeowners, contractors, designers, and property managers
- Identify opportunities to connect customers with our installation, painting, cabinet refinishing, and design services
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on industry trends
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and welcoming
- Work closely with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Qualifications
- Previous sales, customer service, construction, renovation, paint, flooring, or design experience is an asset
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable learning technical products and project requirements
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Ability to manage multiple customer projects at different stages
- Basic computer skills and experience using POS or CRM systems is an asset
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
