Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting various warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, heavy equipment operation, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse distribution, mechanical knowledge, and proficiency with warehouse management systems.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently
- Assist with order picking, packaging, and order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery of products
- Manage shipping and receiving processes, including verifying shipments against documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
- Perform quality control on all produce
Requirements
- Prior warehouse experience preferred, including familiarity with warehouse distribution and management systems
- Mechanical knowledge or experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts,
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual tasks consistently throughout the shift
- Experience with shipping & receiving processes and order picking/fulfillment is a plus
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $17.85-$25.00 per hour
