Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Pre-Press Helper / General Labor to join our manufacturing team. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic production environment, supporting various operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and capable of performing physically demanding work in a fast-paced setting. Prior warehouse, manufacturing, or machining experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided to ensure success in the role.
Duties
- Assist with pre-press operations, including preparing materials and equipment for printing processes
- Support packaging and assembly tasks to ensure smooth production flow
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided)
- Perform basic mechanical tasks and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to meet safety standards
- Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and storage
- Support machining processes by assisting with setup and minor adjustments
- Follow safety protocols at all times during daily operations
Experience
- Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of forklift operation is a plus; certification is a benefit but not required (training available)
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with machining processes is advantageous
- Experience in packaging or general labor roles within industrial settings will be beneficial
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow detailed instructions
- Strong work ethic with the willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
