Hybrid Building Logistics is a manufacturing company based out of Mississauga, Ontario. We specialize in custom built shelters, portable control stations, electrical installations, and custom steel structures. We are looking for motivated individuals to be a part of our growing team.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment by following all safety protocols and performing routine housekeeping and workplace organization.
- Prepare steel components for finishing by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and surface preparation.
- Perform sand blasting operations to remove scale, rust, and contaminants from steel surfaces according to specifications.
- Apply industrial coatings, primers, and finishes using spray equipment, rollers, or brushes as required.
- Install drywall, cladding, doors, trims, flooring and other general finishing operations.
- Mix paints and coatings according to manufacturer specifications and job requirements.
- Inspect finished products for quality, coverage, thickness, and appearance; make corrections as required.
- Perform routine maintenance and daily inspections on painting and blasting equipment.
- Replenish finishing and painting consumables and materials.
- Perform interior and exterior finishing work on modular and steel buildings, including:
- Installation of drywall, wall panels, and ceiling finishes
- Installation of flooring systems (vinyl, rubber, epoxy, or similar)
- Installation and adjustment of doors, frames, hardware, and seals
- Mounting of equipment, cabinets, brackets, and accessories
- Installation of trims, flashings, and other architectural finishes
- Read and interpret drawings, work instructions, and finishing specifications.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders and other production employees to prioritize work and meet production schedules.
- Operate forklifts or overhead equipment where required (asset).
You will bring to the team:
- Fluency in the English language (reading and writing).
- Experience with industrial painting, finishing, or sand blasting (preferred).
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishes.
- Ability to meet schedules while achieving quality requirements for all work performed.
- Strong communication skills, eagerness, and dedication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to coatings, blasting, and PPE.

- Starting at $21.50 - $24.00 an hour. Compensation is negotiable based on experience.
- Permanent Full-time (40-hour work weeks, 8.0-hour shifts)
- 7:00 am – 3:30 pm hours of operation (flexible)
