Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented US Truck Dispatcher to coordinate freight movements and manage transportation operations. The ideal candidate will facilitate efficient communication between drivers, clients, and carriers, ensuring timely deliveries and optimal supply chain performance. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of transportation management systems and logistics processes.
Duties
- Coordinate and schedule truck routes using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) such as TruckMate
- Manage shipping and receiving schedules, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing of shipments.
- maintain professional phone etiquette to communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and carriers.
- Enter data accurately into various systems, including freight details, shipment statuses, and tracking information.
- Maintain detailed records of dispatch activities, driver logs, and shipment documentation for compliance purposes.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Strong understanding of supply chain logistics, freight management, shipping & receiving processes.
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy; and proficient in typing
- Effective communication skills with professional phone etiquette for interactions with drivers, clients, and vendors.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
