We are seeking a skilled and personable Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nail care services, create a relaxing environment for clients, and promote a positive salon experience. Duties
- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and other nail enhancements.
- Offer additional services such as body waxing to enhance client satisfaction.
- Educate clients on nail care and recommend suitable treatments or products.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work station in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Upsell retail products to clients to support salon revenue goals.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring a relaxing experience.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client flow and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and sanitation practices.
Requirements
- Valid state licensing as a Nail Technician or Cosmetologist.
- Experience in nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, and enhancements is preferred.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for hygiene and safety.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to perform body waxing services is a plus but not required.
- Proven ability in retail sales and upselling products to clients.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
