Multi-Equipment Operator – Railway Division

We are seeking a Multi-Equipment Operator to support the Railway Division. The successful applicant will possess a strong-proven skillset of equipment operating skills that includes excavators, loaders, skid steers and other heavy civil construction equipment. Applicants must possess a 3A drivers license (minimum requirement) but preference will be given to applicants that possess a 1A drivers license.
This is a fulltime, seasonal position that may lead to employment for 12-months of the year.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can adapt to changing site conditions, work collaboratively with crews, and think critically to solve problems in real time.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Safely operate equipment in a wide array of heavy civil construction environments.
- Comply with company safety policies.
- Basic truck maintenance & repair
- Load and transport machinery/materials from site to site.
- Complete daily circle checks and preventative maintenance on equipment.
Qualification Requirements
- Valid 3A driver's license. Preference will be given to applicants that have a valid 1A driver's license.
- Have a clean driver’s abstract.
- Strong work ethic and thrive in a team environment.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor new staff.
- Be able to pass a criminal record check.
- Comply with all Saskatchewan’s Traffic Laws, Federal Regulations, and Safety Requirements.
Preferred Skill:
- Experience is an asset but not required. Willing to train individual with strong teammate qualities.

- Saskatoon based, but willing to travel.

Pay: $24.00-$35.00 per hour
