Premium Handyman / Multi-Skilled Tradesperson

Pay: $40–$45+/hour (plus performance bonuses & vehicle allowance)

We're building Vancouver's most trusted premium handyman brand, and we're looking for a skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented tradesperson who takes genuine pride in their work.
If you're the kind of person who notices when a cabinet door isn't perfectly aligned, cleans up after every job without being asked, and believes craftsmanship still matters, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll handle a wide range of residential and light commercial work across Greater Vancouver, including:
- Drywall patching, painting, and finishing
- Door and hardware installation and adjustments
- Carpentry, trim, shelving, and cabinetry repairs
- Tile repair, caulking, and grouting
- Deck and fence repairs
- Flooring installation and adjustments
- Plumbing and electrical basics (fixture swaps, faucet installs, switches and outlets)
- General maintenance, troubleshooting, and "figure it out" problem-solving
Every job is different. You'll need to think on your feet, communicate clearly with clients, and deliver work you'd be proud to put your name on.
Who Thrives Here
- Experienced: You have 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling, carpentry, or professional home maintenance.
- Detailed-Oriented: You notice the details that others miss. A 1/16th-inch gap bothers you.
- Professional: You are punctual, well-spoken, clean-shaved/tidy, and presentable. You understand that how you do the work matters just as much as the work itself.
- Equipped: You own a reliable, clean truck or cargo van and a comprehensive set of professional-grade hand and power tools.
- Credentials: You hold a valid BC Driver’s License with a clean abstract and can pass a comprehensive criminal background check.
