Job Responsibilities
- Generate leads through direct door-to-door sales in Bradford every weekend
- Deliver a compelling sales pitch to homeowners, creating interest in our painting services and seasonal promotions
- Handle objections confidently — turn "not interested" into "tell me more"
- Qualify prospects by identifying homeowners with genuine painting needs and readiness to book
- Book confirmed, in-home free estimates directly into the company calendar
- Follow a proven sales script while adding your own personality and flair to close the conversation
- Hit daily and weekly appointment targets — we track results and reward top performers
- Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and community pride
- Report daily metrics — doors knocked, conversations had, and appointments set

Compensation
Payment-at-end-of-day role — fixed hourly pay for your time, plus compensation for every appointment booked into the calendar.
Pay: $15.00-$30.00 per hour
