Bilingual Medical Office Administrator
We are seeking a motivated and organized Bilingual Medical Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment while providing exceptional service to patients and supporting the clinical team. Must be able to work both independently and with other staff members. Candidate must be fluently bilingual in French and English.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma required.
- College certificate or diploma, preferably in Medical Office Administration or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical, physiotherapy, or healthcare office preferred.

Duties
- General administrative duties
- Answering multi-line phone system, faxes and emails
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, maintaining wait lists
- Maintain patient demographics, confirm OHIP or private insurance coverage
- Manage patient files, data entry
- Scanning and filing into the EMR
- Process payments
- Triage of incoming referrals
- Keeping the shared spaces always organized and clean
- Other duties assigned
