About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Google Ads & Lead Generation Consultant to work directly with ownership in managing, optimizing, and scaling digital advertising campaigns.
This position is ideal for a highly experienced professional with a proven track record of generating qualified leads, improving conversion rates, reducing cost per acquisition, and maximizing return on ad spend for local service-based businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Audit and optimize existing Google Ads campaigns
- Develop strategies to increase lead volume and improve lead quality
- Conduct keyword, competitor, and market research
- Manage and optimize Search, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns
- Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking and attribution
- Optimize bidding strategies, ad copy, audiences, and campaign structure
- Build and maintain negative keyword lists
- Provide landing page recommendations to improve conversions
- Deliver weekly performance reports and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate directly with ownership through virtual and occasional in-person meetings
Mandatory Qualifications
✔ Minimum 5 years of hands-on Google Ads management experience
✔ Active Google Ads Search Certification (Required)
✔ Active Google Analytics (GA4) Certification (Required)
✔ Proven experience generating leads for local service-based businesses
✔ Strong understanding of:
- Google Search Campaigns
- Performance Max Campaigns
- Conversion Tracking & Attribution
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Keyword Research & Competitive Analysis
- Landing Page Optimization
- Call Tracking & Lead Tracking
- Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) Optimization
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
✔ Excellent communication and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Measurement Certification
- Google AI-Powered Ads Certification
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets exceeding $10,000+
- Experience scaling local lead generation campaigns
- Strategic consulting experience beyond basic campaign management

Pay: $50.00-$75.00 per hour
