Currently Stimulate Energy Services is looking to fill positions for Full Time – Field Technician for Well Testing and Optimization in the Peace Region Area.
Your role will be to work closely with Management, Supervisors, and Clients, work in a team setting or solo, as well as promote and partake in a proactive HSE program. You will have the opportunity to learn more about well testing encompassing a range of procedures that examine different aspects of how a well is performing. Performing tests to capture data from a well about its fluid volumes, fluid properties, fluid ratios, temperature, reservoir pressure, and much more. Stimulate offers training and mentorship for the right candidates.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· General labor with mobilization of equipment (Trucks, trailers, Pressure vessels)
· Performing and recording fluid test results - H2S and H202 testing, collecting fluid samples, handling products safely
· Monitor and operate various working systems, adjust as necessary. (Pressure vessels, trucks, trailers, chemical injection systems, etc.)
· Perform fluid/chemical delivery - Loading and unloading supply tanks for various operations
· Follow & participate in Stimulate’s HSE program· Pressure Vessel Operations
· Maintain a clean and safe working environment
· Report all incidents, accidents, and near misses to supervisor in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Certification:
o Valid H2S Alive, & 1st Aid Level 1
o Valid Drivers License, Air Brakes, Class 3 or 1 are assets but not required
o Basic Computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
o ESC- Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
o Working knowledge of fluid flow and pressures is an asset
o Good understanding and competency of basic mathematics
o General oilfield experience is an asset but not required
o Self Motivated, Personable, Confident
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
· Frequent travel to customer sites
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
· Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
· Must be able to complete physically demanding duties, including but not limited to standing for long periods, repetitive movement, and lifting
· Camp work is common and will be required intermittently
· Use of various hand tools and power tools
Wage based on experience and skills – Industry competitive

Pay: $375.00-$550.00 per day
