Parkside Therapy is looking for an experienced, professional, and highly organized Clinic Manager to lead operations at our busy multidisciplinary wellness clinic in Mississauga.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations
- Manage front desk staff and scheduling coordination
- Ensure exceptional patient service and clinic flow
- Handle patient concerns and administrative escalations professionally
- Support hiring, onboarding, and team coordination
- Maintain organization of clinic systems and processes
- Monitor clinic performance and help improve efficiency
- Assist with marketing initiatives, patient retention, and growth strategies
What We’re Looking For
- Previous management or leadership experience required
- Experience in a medical, wellness, or healthcare setting is a strong asset
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, confident, and dependable
- Strong computer and administrative skills
