About the Role:
Harding’s Painting is looking for a reliable and hard-working Painter’s Helper / General Labourer to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping job sites clean and organized, and wants to learn more about the painting trade.
You’ll be supporting our professional painters with masking, surface prep, site cleanup, and general labour across residential and commercial job sites.
Responsibilities:
- Brush and roll various surfaces,spray-gun experience is a valued asset
- Mask and prep surfaces prior to painting
- Assist with site protection (drop cloths, taping, covering)
- Perform general cleanup duties before, during, and after each job
- Load/unload supplies and tools
- Support painters with other tasks as directed
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a tidy work environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in painting or construction is an asset but not required
- Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation to jobsites recommended
