About the Role:
We are looking for reliable and hardworking General Labourers to support our team on a project-based, contract assignment. This is not a permanent position, but there may be opportunities for future projects depending on performance and company needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with site setup, material handling, and general labour tasks
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Support supervisors and technicians as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous labour or construction experience is an asset, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required (steel-toe boots, gloves, hard hat, etc.)
- Relevant construction certifications (e.g., WHMIS, Fall Protection, First Aid, Working at Heights, Traffic Control) are preferred; please include them in your application
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
Schedule & Duration:
- Contract-based work
- Shift schedule will vary depending on project needs
- Work may range from 1–4 weeks depending on project requirements
Compensation Range:
$20-25 per hour (based on experience)
