Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Shift supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations and ensure efficient production processes.
Duties
- Coordinating with Distribution staff to meet deadlines
- Setting up lines and checking product, quantities, and supplies
- Monitoring line performance, labour needs, and job progress
- Prioritizing orders based on shipping deadlines
- Performing order checks and quality inspections
- Completing paperwork and verification records
- Cleaning the area and supporting other departments as needed
Experience
- Must have previous line operator experience from a manufacturing company
- Must have food packaging experience
- Able to complete paperwork accurately
- Comfortable with basic production equipment
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Flexible for days, afternoons, and other warehouse areas
Shift: Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3 pm
Pay: $21.00 per hour
