```Duties```
- Operate and maintain CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling and cutting
- Set up machines by installing and adjusting tools, attachments, and fixtures
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machine settings and specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and perform repairs as needed
```Requirements```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating CNC machines or similar equipment preferred but not required
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong understanding of machining principles and processes
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software such as Bsolid or similar programs
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as tape measure and calipers
- Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus
The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to perform various machining tasks.
