As a Server Assistant/Busser you will play an important role in creating a smooth and memorable guest experience. You’ll support the front-of-house team by maintaining cleanliness, delivering food efficiently, resetting tables quickly, and assisting servers and bartenders during busy service periods.
Responsibilities
- Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently
- Assist servers with food delivery and guest requests
- Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room and service stations
- Refill water and assist with guest needs when required
- Polish glassware, cutlery, and plates
- Support opening and closing side duties
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Help maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere during service
- Follow health & safety and sanitation standards
Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude with attention to detail
- Ability to lift and carry trays, plates, and restaurant supplies
- Weekend and evening availability preferred
Pay: $17.60 per hour
