Position Overview
J&G Homes Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and creative Content & Brand Specialist to enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement across all marketing channels. This role is responsible for developing compelling content, strengthening brand positioning, and supporting lead generation through strategic marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will combine strong creative capabilities with analytical thinking and a solid understanding of residential construction and customer-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, and email campaigns that have call to actions.
- Brand Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create and implement a cohesive brand strategy that aligns with the company's goals and vision.
- Market Research: Conduct research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to inform content and branding initiatives.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the company's social media presence, including content planning, posting, and engaging with the community to build brand awareness and loyalty.
- Graphic Design: Work in tandem with management digital product designer and AI tools to create visually appealing content that reflects the brand's identity and resonates with the target audience.
- Campaign Development: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote new projects, special offers, and other company initiatives, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of content and campaigns, using data to refine strategies and improve results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, design, and construction teams to ensure that all content accurately represents the company's offerings and values.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage with potential and existing customers, gathering feedback to improve content and brand perception.
- Brand Guidelines: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Qualifications & Experience
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or brand management
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and design tools
- Experience using analytics tools to measure and optimize performance
· Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
