Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the completion of various administrative tasks and maintaining effective communication within the organization. This position requires strong clerical skills and the ability to oversee multiple functions within the business at once.
Responsibilities
- Daily office operations
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Dispatching and scheduling
- Maintaining an organized filing system for documents and records
- Processing payments
- Handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring effective communication
- Ordering/maintaining stock of office and shop supplies
- Other duties as assigned
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in a supervisory/team lead position
- Experience with Microsoft applications and Sage 50 is an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
