Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Labour / Dock Worker to join our warehouse and dock operations team. The successful candidate will assist with loading and unloading shipments, forklift operations, material handling, and other general labour duties as required.
Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift safely to load, unload, and move materials
- Assist with dock operations and organize incoming and outgoing shipments
- Move, stack, and arrange pallets, boxes, and other materials
- Perform general warehouse and labour duties as assigned
- Keep the dock, warehouse, yard and work areas clean and organized
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
- Assist coworkers and supervisors with daily operational tasks
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
- Forklift experience/certification is an asset
- Ability to safely lift and move materials
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse/dock environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Good attention to safety and detail
- Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift
- Willingness to perform a variety of general labour duties
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mississauga, ON L4Z 1P4
