Overview
We are seeking a qualified Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients navigating immigration processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering exceptional service. Duties
- Assist clients with immigration applications, including work permits, study permits, permanent residency, and visas.
- Provide accurate legal advice and guidance on immigration policies and procedures.
- Prepare and review documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with government requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations to advise clients effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, application statuses, and case progress.
- Liaise with government agencies and other stakeholders to facilitate application processing.
- Educate clients on their rights, responsibilities, and the overall immigration process.
- Ensure all client communications are professional, clear, and timely.
Requirements
- Valid registration as a Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) with the ICCRC or equivalent regulatory body.
- Proven experience in immigration consulting or related legal field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with an emphasis on client service.
- Ability to interpret complex legal information accurately and explain it clearly to clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for case management and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Commitment to ethical practices and maintaining client confidentiality at all times. This position is essential for delivering professional immigration services that adhere to regulatory standards while supporting clients through their immigration journey.
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
