Landscape Maintenance Labourers

Green Collar Landscaping is a well-established landscaping company serving residential and commercial clients since 2009. We are currently looking for motivated, reliable, punctual, and hardworking Landscape Maintenance Labourers to join our team.
This is a hands-on outdoor position for individuals who enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in producing quality work.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Spring and fall property cleanups
- Mowing commercial and residential properties
- Grass trimming and edging
- Pruning shrubs and small trees
- Property and garden maintenance
- Operating zero-turn and stand-on mowers
- Operating grass trimmers, hedge trimmers, and backpack blowers
- Loading, unloading, and maintaining tools and equipment
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
- Landscape maintenance experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Physically capable of performing the duties of the position
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's licence with a clean abstract is an asset
- Snow removal experience is an asset
- Landscape-related education or certifications are an asset
- Must have reliable transportation to our Hamilton shop
- Must be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday
