Job Summary
We are looking for a high-energy Server to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a "guest-first" mentality.
Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Greet guests warmly and present menus promptly.
- Order Management: Accurately input orders into the Toast POS system.
- Service: Deliver food and drinks efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Sales: Suggest pairings and upsell items to enhance the guest experience.
- Bar Support: Assist with bar prep and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverage service.
- Maintenance: Ensure dining areas are clean, including sweeping and mopping as needed.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid Smart Serve certification is mandatory.
- Experience: Previous food service experience is preferred but not required.
- Technical: Knowledge of POS systems (Toast) is an asset.
- Skills: Strong multitasking, basic math for cashiering, and excellent communication.
- Availability: Must be available to work peak hours, including weekends and holidays.
