We are currently looking for a Service Advisor. The ideal candidate will possess excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills and be able to work with a team of highly skilled technicians to resolve any problems that arise. The Service Advisor is responsible for resolving any customer issues and increasing customer pay work. Previous experience leading an Automotive Service Department or RV Service Department is mandatory. Knowledge of camping and the outdoor lifestyle is required.
