Now Hiring: Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative
MacStitch Promotions Inc. is looking for a motivated, organized individual to join our team as an Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative.
This is a full-time office position, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting customers, preparing quotes, sourcing products, coordinating orders, and helping ensure projects move smoothly from inquiry to completion in a fast-paced environment. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Wage will be determined based on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Answer customer phone calls and emails
- Prepare quotes and pricing proposals based on customer inquiries
- Process and submit purchase orders
- Coordinate order details with our production and decorating staff
- Follow up with customers throughout the ordering process
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support sales growth through excellent customer service and product knowledge
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with computers
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
Assets:
- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar graphic design software
- Knowledge of promotional products, apparel decoration, embroidery, screen printing, signage, or related industries
