Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Present vehicle features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance
- Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial inquiry to delivery
- Follow up with leads (phone, email, social media) to generate sales opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Work closely with management and finance team to finalize deals
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and market trends
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales or customer service experience is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, energetic, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of vehicles is required
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- OMVIC certification (or willingness to obtain) is required
