The Opportunity
Vivion Energy is expanding our sales team and seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and helping homeowners make informed energy decisions.
This is a hybrid sales position where you will connect with qualified homeowners, educate them on our energy solutions, and guide them through the initial stages of the sales process.
With strong lead flow, proven sales systems, and ongoing support, you will have the tools needed to maximize your success.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact and engage with qualified homeowner leads through phone and virtual consultations
- Educate customers on Vivion Energy’s energy solutions and their benefits
- Build strong relationships and identify customer needs
- Qualify leads and schedule next steps with customers
- Manage follow-ups and maintain an organized sales pipeline
- Use CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales activity
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales journey
- Consistently achieve individual sales targets and performance goals
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of sales experience (inside sales, phone sales, or consultative sales preferred)
- Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident speaking with homeowners and handling customer questions
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve results
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Comfortable using CRM software and digital communication tools
- Experience with virtual platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet is an asset
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
Work Schedule
Hybrid Schedule
- 3 days in office, 2 days remote
- Monday to Friday
- 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Compensation
$72,000 – $120,000 per year (performance-based)
