We are a growing kitchen cabinet business based in Vancouver, and we are looking for a talented, self-motivated Designer & Sales Representative to join our team. If you have an eye for interior design, experience in the cabinet industry, and a passion for sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
This role offers a flexible hybrid/hourly base pay combined with an uncapped commission structure, meaning your earning potential is entirely in your hands.
Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their needs, style preferences, and budget.
Create professional 3D kitchen cabinet layouts and designs using industry software.
Present design concepts to clients and confidently close sales contracts.
Follow up with leads and manage client relationships from initial contact to project completion.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in kitchen cabinet design and sales.
Proficiency in design software (such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, 2020 Design, or equivalent cabinet software).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and drive sales.
