Cleanfiniti is a residential cleaning company, with a relatively small team of 11 cleaning technicians and one field manager. We pride ourselves in delivering top quality and reliable cleaning services, holding an average 5-star Google review rating. We are looking for an experienced operations manager to help take our growing company to the next level. You’ll work directly with the owner to improve systems, develop our team, and create an exceptional experience for both client and employees.

As our Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
-Daily administration, including data entry, invoicing, and timesheet approval
-Scheduling technicians for maximum efficiency
-Hiring, onboarding, and supporting new team members
-Supporting growth through sales, including in-home assessments, over-the-phone estimates, closing new clients, and following up with leads.
-Reviewing, creating, and improving standard operating procedures
-Processing payroll and maintaining accurate employee records
-Monitoring KPIs and using data to drive continuous improvement
-Supporting field manager with inventory, coaching the team, quality assurance, and responding to client inquiries or concerns
-Working closely with the owner, field manager and trainers to achieve company goals
The ideal candidate will have:
-Proven history of improving systems, processes, and team performance
-3+ years of operations or management experience, preferably in residential cleaning or another home service industry.
-Strong financial literacy, and comfortable working with budgets and business metrics.
-Experience using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM software, Trello, and AI tools.
-A valid drivers license and the ability to travel throughout the Calgary area
