Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and problem resolution
- Enter and maintain accurate customer information and order details in the database
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and provide insights for improving customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Utilize phone systems and maintain proper phone etiquette while interacting with customers
- Familiarity with Avaal, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and AFM software
- Book loads and send dispatch to drivers. Solve driver issues. Maintain office records.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dispatch role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of freight, shipping, receiving, and 3PL (third-party logistics) operations is a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
