We are looking for positive, friendly Call Centre Agents to join our team.
This is a permanent position focused on setting and booking appointments — NO SELLING REQUIRED.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Set and book appointments
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a team environment
- Work toward daily and team goals
There is no selling involved. Your primary responsibility is scheduling appointments.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of call centre experience
- Fluent English
- Ability to work in our office in Surrey, BC
- Positive, cheerful attitude
- Reliable and goal-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Schedule
Daytime, evening, Saturday, and Sunday shifts are available.
