Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain weekly schedules for employees and field staff.
- Complete and submit reports required by clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Generate and send customer invoices.
- Respond to emails and provide professional communication with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and service calls.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Assist with general administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
