Job Overview
Our business is growing rapidly, and we need a skilled Business Developer to acquire and manage new client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, as well as skills related to strategic analysis and marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for finding new clients, developing those relationships, offering solutions and support as well as closing deals. Travel is required for this position.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
BDRs (sales and business development representatives), have the following responsibilities:
- Identifying target accounts and searching business contacts across the board.
- Scoring and qualifying leads for potential new clients and businesses
- Scheduling appointments with qualified leads and applying support and solutions for their needs.
- Performing demonstrations and handling objections.
- Negotiating and closing deals.
- Knowledge of photographic and videographic products for commercial applications

EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE:
- Preference will be given to those applicants with a minimum one-year experience working at McBain
- Working knowledge in photography and videography, in both product and usage
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Will be required to spend long periods standing
- Must be able to lift items weighing at least 25 pounds
- Must have their own transportation
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Pace of work fluctuates with customer traffic and time-demands of emergent tasks

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Understand and adhere to McBain policy regarding the usage of Internet access and e-mail usage, where applicable
- Be familiar and comply with all related company policies.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a B2B role
- Ability to travel with own vehicle
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Ability to manage existing account needs
- An understanding of photography, videography and accessories associated within those fields
- Understand and operate within the guidelines set out in the corporate privacy policy and other corporate communication relating to privacy issues
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all McBain information

Pay: $39,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
