We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman Electrician to join our team. Jolly's Electrical Services Inc is a growing company based out of Canmore. Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Ensure all installations comply with local codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction projects to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or malfunctions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Help to train apprentices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician
- Knowledge of electrical systems
- Experience in reading blueprints and schematics.
- Experience with hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong commitment to safety practices in the workplace.
- Relevant certifications or licenses as required by local regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
