As the Safety Advisor, you aren't just checking boxes; you are the backbone of our operational integrity. You will work closely with site supervisors and subcontractors to bridge the gap between regulatory requirements and on-site execution. From developing traffic plans to leading accident investigations, your expertise will ensure every team member returns home safely.
Documentation Management: Oversee the lifecycle of Hazard Assessments, toolbox talks, site inspections, and equipment maintenance records.
Risk Mitigation: Develop project-specific Health, Safety, and Environmental plans, including comprehensive Traffic Management Plans.
