What you'll do:
- Be a leader on the floor and in the kitchen - coaching, supporting, and jumping in when needed
- Keep the vibe upbeat and the service top-notch
- Help drive sales and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes
- Be a mentor to your team and a go-to for your guests
- Keep cool under pressure and bring solutions, not problems
What you bring:
- Experience in a leadership role in hospitality
- Kitchen experience is a big plus – we love leaders who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty!
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
