About Us
Alberta Maple Care Ltd. is a nursing-led private home care agency in Calgary. We serve clients of all ages — from pediatric complex care to seniors aging in place — and we can direct-bill Alberta Blue Cross for CDHCI-approved hours while working alongside AHS case managers and hospital discharge planners.
You will be employed by Alberta Maple Care and split your time across our family of healthcare businesses:
- Alberta Maple Care — nursing-led private home care in Calgary serving clients of all ages, from pediatric complex care to seniors aging in place, including CDHCI direct-billed hours. Audience: families, AHS case managers, discharge planners, physicians. Primary channels: local SEO, Google Business Profile, Facebook/Instagram, community referral relationships.
- Consulting Firm — B2B healthcare consulting and software. Helps clinics and non-hospital surgical facilities with CPSA accreditation and IPC inspection readiness, and builds software. Audience: clinic owners, medical directors, facility administrators across Canada. Primary channels: LinkedIn, SEO/content, email, direct outreach.
- Pharmacy — a compounding pharmacy and licensed travel clinic in Calgary. Audience: local families, travellers, seniors. Primary channels: Instagram, Google Business Profile, in-store promotion, community events.
Three brands, three completely different audiences. That is the job — and why it will make you a far stronger marketer than any single-brand role.
You will be our first dedicated marketing hire, reporting directly to the owner. You will create the strategy, then execute it yourself — this is a doer role with real ownership, not a management layer. Your mandate is simple to state and hard to do: measurably grow customers and revenue across all three brands.
What You Will Do
- Strategy & planning: build and own a quarterly marketing plan and content calendar per brand, with budgets and measurable targets (leads, inquiries, revenue influenced).
- Content & social: write and design posts for LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram; manage publishing calendars; and grow engaged followings.
- Design & brand: produce flyers, brochures, decks, ad creative, and social graphics in Canva and/or Adobe; keep each brand's visual identity consistent and professional.
- Websites, SEO & analytics: own on-page SEO and blog/insights content; manage Google Business Profiles and local SEO for the Calgary service businesses; track everything in Google Analytics and Search Console; deliver a monthly performance report with recommendations.
- CRM & lead management: manage the CRM pipeline, lead capture forms, nurture emails, and follow-up sequences; ensure no inbound lead is dropped.
- Outreach & representation: personally represent our brands — presenting to referral sources (discharge planners, physician offices, clinic owners), attending community events, health fairs, and industry functions.
- Campaigns: plan and run paid and organic campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) within budget; test, measure, iterate.
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
90 days: marketing plans live for all brands; Google Business Profiles optimized; content calendars running; baseline analytics dashboard in place.
6 months: measurable month-over-month growth in qualified inquiries for Alberta Maple Care and consultation requests for Consulting; at least two referral-source presentations delivered.
12 months: documented revenue contribution per brand; a repeatable lead engine you built and can prove with numbers.
