Hair Extension Technician – Commission-Based (Part-Time)
Looking for a passionate, reliable Hair Extension Technician to join our growing team!
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves hair, wants to build their clientele, and is committed to providing luxury hair extension services.
Position Details:
- Commission-based pay
- No hourly wage or base salary
- 2–3 days per week only.
- Existing clientele preferred; ideal candidate already has a client base
- Professional tools and salon products provided
What I’m Looking For:
- Some hair extension experience is preferred (any hair extension method, braiding etc.), but I’m willing to train the right candidate for nano/fusion extnesions)
- You must be professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- I have very high standards, and I’m looking for someone who can perform services exactly the way I do and follow my systems, techniques, and client experience.
- Located downtown Bolton on the corner with high foot traffic.
Training Requirement: If additional training is needed, successful candidates will be required to complete my Hair Extension Certification Course (nano/fusions) before working independently. The course includes a professional certificate and starter kit and will be offered at a discounted rate exclusively for the successful applicant.
Requirements:
- Certified Hair Extension Technician (or currently enrolled, if applicable)
- Friendly and professional with excellent customer service
- Strong work ethic and willingness to follow established procedures
- Passion for hair extensions and continued learning
- Able to work independently once training is complete
