Position Summary
The Production Line Operator is responsible for supporting noodle production line operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role requires work to be performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with production schedules, quality standards, food safety requirements, and operating procedures.
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and to support production, packaging, cleaning, and general line operation duties throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Support production line operations in accordance with production schedules, product specifications, and work instructions
- Set up and prepare the production line, equipment, and materials before start-up
- Operate the line safely and assist with start-up, product changeovers, and routine production tasks
- Perform packaging, inspection, metal detector, and final product handling tasks as required
- Pack finished products, apply lot identification, palletize boxes, and replenish materials as needed
- Perform cleaning and sanitation duties during product changeovers and at the end of production
- Report abnormalities, equipment issues, packaging defects, or food safety concerns to supervisors promptly
- Follow all safety, quality, food safety, and housekeeping procedures
Shift Details
AM Shift Options:
1. 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday
2. 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday
8-hour shift

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting wage: $18.40/hour
- Full-time, permanent employment

- 20-minute paid break per shift
Requirements
- Ability to perform production work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and remain standing for extended periods during the shift
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing approximately 6–10 kg as required
- A personal vehicle is required for commuting (public transportation is not accessible near the site; carpooling may be available upon request)
- No prior experience required — full training will be provided
- Willingness to support production, packaging, and cleaning responsibilities
- Ability to follow safety, quality, and food safety procedures
