Job Expectations
As a Customer Service / Operational Support, you will provide administrative and operational support to the Customer Service, Sales, Dispatch and planning across all operating divisions. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customer’s needs are met by coordinating the movement of freight in a timely, cost-efficient manner every day. Your role will require consistent interaction with customers, drivers, and our team to ensure smooth operations and successful outcomes, as detailed in the job description.This will require regular and frequent interaction with customers, drivers, and staff to effectively deliver upon role responsibilities as outlined in job description but not limited to:
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for special projects, business initiatives, surge commercial opportunities as required
- Develop proficiency in TMW transportation management system and GeoTab fleet management platform to support efficient operations, reporting, and decision making
- Provide administrative and operational Support across all operating divisions.
Customer Service
- Interacting daily with customers to solicit and receive orders and updating them on active orders as requested
- Creating trace and other reports as required in Excel to send to customers and for internal company purposes
- Contacting Carriers to find equipment and power to cover our customers loads
- TMW, to our carriers and to Track and Trace
- Take the lead with sales order entry and accuracy
Operational Support
- Driver Management
- Liase and communicate effectively and update information to Drivers and Brokers
- Driver Scheduling
- Driver Retention
- Training and Development
Equipment Management
- Tractor Productivity / Miles / Week/ Hours / Week
- Fuel efficiency and Idle time management
- Equipment Maintenance Scheduling
- Preventative Maintenance Trailers/ Tractors, Motor Vehicle Inspections, Repairs

Pay: $50,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
