We are looking for a full time Server/Bartender who is passionate, hardworking and experienced to join our tight-knit, family-run crew! We’re all about modern Tijuana Mexican cuisine, Ontario craft beer & creative cocktails with a twist— everything made in-house with love and quality.
Position Overview: We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Server/Bartender to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating great guest experiences. Key Responsibilities:
-Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
-Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently.
-Run food from the kitchen to tables as needed
-Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
-Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas (light cleaning duties)
-Ensure tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset quickly
-Provide attentive and personable service throughout the guest experience Qualifications:
-Previous serving and/or bartending experience minimum 2 years.
-Strong communication and customer service skills.
-Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting.
-Smart Serve certification required.
-Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
